These terms describe the rules for using Awyr's website, AI features and subscription services.
1. About Awyr
Awyr is a software service that provides AI-assisted tools for chat, research, learning, translation, productivity and related workflows. Features may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You must not use Awyr for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise the service.
3. AI-generated information
Awyr provides AI-assisted information and may make mistakes. You should independently verify important information. Awyr is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, employment or other regulated advice.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and price displayed at checkout. Prices may be shown in a regional currency. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Awyr does not store full card numbers or CVV data.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Awyr and its software, branding, design and original content remain the property of Awyr or its licensors. You retain rights in material you provide to the service, subject to the permissions required to operate the requested features.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Awyr available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
